Museum Shop

The Friends of Lawrence Heritage State Park operate the Park’s Museum Shop as both an educational service and fund-raising effort. Please consider buying items for yourself, friends and family, to learn more about Lawrence, to celebrate Lawrence, and to support local institutions. Much of our merchandise is supplied by other organizations in Lawrence. Following are a few of our most popular items:

Collective Voices

“Collective Voices” is a 21-minute documentary about the famous 1912 Lawrence textile strike, popularly known as the “Bread and Roses Strike”. The film is available in DVD for $12 and VHS for $9.

We can also make and sell copies of other videos shown at the Park.

Ralph Fasanella Prints

We have several prints by the great artist, notably of the painting “Lawrence 1912: The Bread and Roses Strike”, which hangs in the Visitor Center. It is also available as a postcard. We have many other posters and postcards of Lawrence scenes.

Books

We have many books, including Bruce Watson’s “Bread & Roses: Mills, Migrants and the Struggle for the American Dream”, as well as many more about aspects of Lawrence, past and present.

Many other items are available including T-shirts, cookbooks, and notecards. Visit or call for the full list of merchandise.

The Museum Shop is open when the Visitor Center is open, daily from 9am to 4pm. Currently we take only cash or checks, no credit cards. Checks should be made payable to the Friends of Lawrence Heritage State Park, unless otherwise indicated. Items can be mailed with the addition of a shipping and handling fee.

Thank you for shopping Lawrence!
